Legal information and acceptance
These provisions regulate the use of the Registration Service for Job Offers that TRANSPORTE INSULAR LA PALMA S. COOP. (hereinafter, the “TILP”) makes available to Candidates on the Internet.
Protection of personal data. Processing of personal data
In compliance with the provisions on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data and information you provide when filling out any electronic form available at www.tilp.es, will be treated by TILP as the controller. The purpose of the processing of the data is to process your application to participate in the selection processes carried out by the entity. The legitimacy for processing is based on compliance with legal obligations as well as compliance with the pre-contractual relationship between TILP and the CANDIDATE.
The data provided by the candidate may be communicated to public bodies and administrations.
The personal data will be kept for the duration of the relationship established between the candidate and TILP and subsequently, provided that the candidate has not exercised his/her right to suppression, it will be kept taking into account the legal deadlines that apply in each specific case, taking into account the type of data as well as the purpose of the processing.
If you advance in the selection process and the company asks you for references from former colleagues, you expressly authorize the company to contact them to verify aspects of your experience and/or professional abilities.
Security and Surveillance
The Company adopts the required security levels. Notwithstanding the above, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be malicious actions by third parties, although the Company makes every effort to prevent such actions.
ARCO Rights
The Candidate may exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (‘ARCO Rights’) under the terms provided by law by writing and enclosing a photocopy of his ID card to TILP, Avda Los Indianos 14, bajo, 38700 S/C de La Palma.
TILP will provide you with the requested information within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of applications.
Terms of use of the service
The Candidate undertakes to make correct use of the SIOE in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The Candidate will be liable for any damages that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.
All the information provided by the Candidate through the forms must be truthful. To this effect, the Candidate guarantees the authenticity of all the data he or she provides. In any case, the Candidate will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to the Company or third parties for the information provided.
Legislation
This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its aspects by Spanish law.
TILP Privacy Policy
This privacy policy defines the services and processing of personal data of candidates who join TILP.
The provision of any personal data through the data collection forms implies that the user gives his express consent to their treatment in the terms indicated and the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Purpose of TILP’s personal data In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD), we inform you that your personal data provided on the various forms will be processed for the following purposes:
Management of the candidates’ database.
Management of the inscription to the selection processes to which you register.
Sending communications by e-mail about the following purposes:
- Request for updating your CV.
- Request for information on your job search preferences in order to make personalized recommendations in job offers.
Each form specifies the data that must be provided for the provision of the service, without which it will not be possible to register or make use of the services provided.
The user expressly authorizes the transfer of his/her curriculum vitae for purposes related to selection processes.
The companies will have previously accepted in writing the commitment to use the data and will provide access through a secure channel.
Exercise of rights
The Candidate may exercise the rights of access, correction, updating or suppression provided for in the legislation, by means of a written communication addressed to Transporte Insular La Palma Avda Los Indianos 14, bajo 38700 S/C de La Palma or by e-mail addressed to info@tilp.es. If the request is made in writing, the Candidate must attach a copy of his/her identity card, passport or other valid document that identifies him/her.
